| HOLOCAUST SURVIVORS TO PROTEST INTERNATIONAL CAMPAIGN DEPICTING THE CURRENT CRISIS IN GAZA ASEQUIVALENT TO THE NAZI HOLOCAUST Holocaust survivors and their families will join together with officials of the Simon Wiesenthal Center onWednesday, January 7, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at the Museum of Tolerance 9786 W. Pico Blvd. (corner of Roxbury and Pico) to protest the international campaign depicting the currentcrisis in Gaza as equivalent to the Nazi Holocaust. "The memory of the Holocaust is being distorted in a deliberate campaign to deny Jews and the State of Israelboth their past and their future," said Rabbis Marvin Hier, founder and dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, and Abraham Cooper, the Center's associate dean. Comments by survivors and visuals of the worldwide Israel = Nazi campaign from three continents will beshown. The Simon Wiesenthal Center is one of the largest international Jewish human rights organizations with over 400,000 member families in the United States.
