WASHINGTON -- As a result of an ongoing bipartisan Senate Budget Committee investigation, Credit Suisse has agreed to reinstate Independent Ombudsperson Neil Barofsky to oversee the bank’s internal investigation into its historic servicing of previously undisclosed Nazi-linked accounts.
