AMIA Memorial Message Of Solidarity On behalf of the 400,000 constituent families of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, I wish to express our solidarity with the community'sremembrance of the innocent victims - Jews and Gentile alike of the cowardly and murderous terrorist attack against the AMIA building in Buenos Aires sixteen years ago. Tragically, the world has learned little from that brutal attack - ordered from Tehran and executed by Hezbollah. In 2010 the Iranian regime is bent on destroying Israel and is on theverge of acquiring nuclear weapons and Hezbollah has amassed 40,000 rockets which threaten the northern citizens of the Jewish state. The international community has also failed to act onthe Interpol indictments of the perpetrators of this terrorist outrage. But the Jewish people are not silent and not powerless. Today, as we mourn the AMIA victims, we stand in solidarity with Argentinean Jewry and together express our support for a strongand safe Israel. Am Yisrael Chai Rabbi Abraham Cooper
