| Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir reiterated his lifelong anti-Semitism when he questioned whether 6 million Jews were murdered by the Nazis during the WWII Holocaust on the BBC’s Hard Talk. “At the age of 93, with his latest slander against the Jewish people, Mahathir confirms his place as the oldest, longest-standing Jew-hater on the planet,” charged Rabbi Abraham CooperAssociate Dean and Director of Global Social Action of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, a leading Jewish human rights NGO. “While in UK he also called Jews, 'hooked nosed', blaming the creation of the State of Israel for all problems in the Middle East,” Cooper added. “No one should be surprised by this bigot continuing to spout-off against Jews. Back in 1984 he barred the New York Philharmonic from playing music by Jewish composers, alleging it wouldhurt the feelings of his citizens. His disgusting remarks deserve the condemnation of the world, but if the past is any indication it won’t be forthcoming,” Rabbi Cooper concluded.
