70 Years Later We Remember Simon Wiesenthal's Liberation

70 years ago today, on May 5, 1945, Simon Wiesenthal was liberated from Mauthausen Concentration Camp.

Simon Wiesenthal, known around the world as the, "Conscience of the Holocaust" said, "When my life is over and I meet up with the victims of the Holocaust, I shall havethe privilege of saying to them, I have never forgotten you."

In a letter written to Rabbi Marvin Hier, just before he passed away, he reiterated, "I was there for our people."

70 years later, we remember Simon Wiesenthal.
