This morning, the Foreign Minister of the Palestinian Authority filed formal charges in Geneva accusing Israel of war crimes for targeting civilian areas in Gaza.
Today, the Simon Wiesenthal Center has obtained footage filmed by Indian NDTV, showing Hamas deliberately setting up a launch site and firing rockets in a densely populated area next to hotelsand apartment buildings, clearly proving that Hamas purposely fires rockets from densely populated areas in order to use the Palestinian civilians living there as human shields knowing thatIsrael will retaliate in that very location.
