The Board of Trustees of the Simon Wiesenthal Center congratulates Ehud Olmert on the victory of his Kadima Party, confirminghim as the Prime Minister of the State of Israel.
In a congratulatory letter, Rabbi Marvin Hier, Dean and Founder of the Simon Wiesenthal Center said, "No one is moresuitable to continue the historic leadership of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon than you. For years you have been an outstanding leader and spokesman and in this critical period, you are theright man at the right time to shoulder these enormous responsibilities."
