Nagel, a survivor of Auschwitz and Dachau Nazi concentration camps was one of the pillars of the American Jewish community and a member of the He was a great champion of Jewish education, not only in Los Angeles, but around the world. Mr. Nagel rebuilt his life and established a major real estate development company in Los Angeles. He and his wife, Gitta were great philanthropists for Jewish causes around the worldincluding for the State of Israel, which he loved.
