Simon Wiesenthal Center/Museum of Tolerance Mourn the Loss of Army Archerd

The Simon Wiesenthal Center and its Museum of Tolerance mourn the loss of Army Archerd, veteran Hollywood columnist for Variety for over 50 years. "He was a valuable friend of our institution and astaunch supporter of the Jewish community and the State of Israel. He will be sorely missed," said Rabbi Marvin Hier, Founder and Dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center.

The Simon Wiesenthal Center is one of the largest international Jewish human rights organizationswith over 400,000 member families in the United States. It is an NGO at international agencies including the United Nations, UNESCO, the OSCE, the OAS, the Council of Europe and the LatinAmerican Parliament (Parlatino).
