"The beheading of a priest in a Church in Normandy, France is an evil abomination that debases all humanity," said Rabbi Abraham Cooper, Associate Dean of the Simon WiesenthalCenter, a leading Jewish Human Rights NGO in a statement from Jerusalem.

"How many more terrorist outrages will have to occur before the US together with NATO and other civilized nations finally wipe out ISIS andother Islamist terror groups? Words alone will not defeat this evil."
