The Simon Wiesenthal Center is calling out Munich officials on hosting an upcoming concert of Roger Waters in the city’s Olympic Hall, situated not far from thesite of the 1972 Munich Olympics massacre of Israeli athletes by Palestinian terrorists. Munich officials said that after investigating the issue, the concert cannot be stopped for legal reasons.The city said that it came down to the fact that they weren’t able to cancel the contract.

Just weeks ago, a planned concert by Waters in Frankfurt, Germany was canceled after the city council called the former Pink Floyd singer/bassist “one of theworld’s most well-known anti-Semites.”
“Breach of contract to a leading anti-Semite?? That passes as an excuse for Munich' leaders? How about historic breach of trust? How about obligation todo no harm to Jewish people? You should have led him taken you to court then called on 6 million Jewish ghosts as witnesses. Shameful, gutless”, stated Rabbi Abraham Cooper, AssociateDean and Director of Global Social Action.
