SWC Reiterates Plea to Walk Away From Iran Deal

The Deal Enables the Iranian Regime to Step Up Its Support of Global Terrorism

At the 11th hour, the Simon Wiesenthal Center reiterates its plea to the US, UK, France, and other countries involved in the Iran nuclear deal negotiations to walk away from the deal that handsAyatollah Khamenei a major victory and carte blanche to continue the Iran regime’s insidious activities in the region and around the world.

“Whether or not a formal deal is signed off on, the human rights crushing, genocide-seeking, Holocaust-denying Mullahcracy is the big winner in this so-called ‘Nuke II’ deal,” said Rabbis MarvinHier and Abraham Cooper, Founder and CEO and Associate Dean and Global Social Action Director.

“The unfathomable amount of cash reported to be in the billions of dollars will immediately enable the Iranian regime to step up its support of terrorism paid for by the latest weaponry forHezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other lackeys of the regime that will destabilize the entire Middle East and beyond. This, before Iran affixes its first nuclear weapon atop of one of itsballistic missiles,” they added.

“The world knows, and the US and its allies learned the hard way, that the Iranian regime will never keep any agreement that it signs off on. The biggest losers of all are the long-sufferingpeople of Iran who will watch again as any financial windfall the regime gains from this deal will be largely diverted to wreak havoc, terrorism, violence, and war with little or no relief forthe average citizen of Iran,” Hier and Cooper concluded.
