Simon Wiesenthal Center: White House Wrong to List CAIR as Part of its National Strategy to Combat Anti-Semitism

SWC listed CAIR on its 2021 Top 10 Anti-Semitism List

The Simon Wiesenthal Center criticized the White House for listing CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) as part of itsnational strategy to combat anti-Semitism.

CAIR has for years been spreading radicalization through the country through its ties to the MuslimBrotherhood–including Hamas. The organization also supported and advocated for Rasmea Odeh, a convicted terrorist, up until her deportation to Jordan.

During a 2021 speech, Jew-hater Zahra Billoo, The Executive Director of CAIR in San Francisco, made it very clear that “Zionists” –who she paints as rich and powerful – are the enemy. And by enemy, she means those not just opposing Palestinian Arabs but Muslims as a whole. Chillingly, she promised that this enemy would bedefeated.

“CAIR has been a source of anti-Semitism. How can it be a partner to fight it? Perhaps CAIR has had a change of heart. If soit can start by publicly endorsing and enforcing the IHRA definition of anti-Semitism in its own ranks,” stated Rabbi Abraham Cooper, Associate Dean and Director of Global SocialAction.

CAIR was listed as #7 on the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s Top Ten 2021 worst anti-Semitism list.
